Currently, Robbie works closely with drivers, coaches, and teams in Formula 1, providing tailored psychological support to help them excel in high-pressure environments, both on and off the track.
Beyond sport, Robbie spent over a decade in psychology consultancy alongside world-renowned psychiatrist Professor Steve Peters, author of The Chimp Paradox.
His expertise has supported professionals across sectors, including the armed forces, emergency services, and global business leaders. Notably, he spent six years coaching the mental performance of senior portfolio managers at one of the world's leading hedge funds in London and New York.
With a deep understanding of the psychology behind peak performance, Robbie holds higher degrees in Sport Science (BSc), Psychology (MSc), and Sport & Exercise Psychology (MSc and PhD). He has achieved the highest standard of training and qualification as a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council.
